Northwest of Innsbruck, the modern Seefeld (pop. 2300) area has one of Europes best trail systems with over 100 miles of maintained hiking tracks. The core of the system is the 18 mile circuit with a 15 and 6 mile loop.

To reach this area from Innsbruck, head west on Route A12/E60 and then follow 177 north to Seefeld.

Overall, Seefeld is the 3rd most popular hiking trail of all 15 hikes in Austria.
