Located northeast of Sault Ste. Marie Michigan in Ontario, the Searchmont area contains over 250 miles of marked hiking trails including Hiawatha Highlands, Old Goulais Bay Road, and Old Christina Mine Trail. The terrain is steep, rugged and heavily forested.

Overall, Searchmont is the 6th most popular hiking trail of all 21 hikes in Ontario.
