North of Wilmington in Brandywine Creek State Park, the rocky 10 mile Greenway Trail is a lush byway through the park with dozens of side trails through popular forests. The horseback riding route starts from the JCC parking lot on Garden-of-Eden Road. Brandywine Creek State Park is located three miles north of Wilmington at the intersection of Delaware Routes 100 and 92. The entrance is on Adams Dam Road.

Overall, Brandywine Creek State Park is the 1st most popular horse trail of all 3 horseback rides in Delaware.
