Near Ravenna, the West Branch State Park has 20 miles of bridle trails through woodlands and meadows.

To reach the horseback riding trailhead, follow I-77 South to Rt.76 east- exit at Rt.5/44 proceed on Rt.5 east to Rock Spring Rd. Turn right onto Rock Spring Rd. and go approx. 1 mile and turn left, go another 3/10th's mile, Mountain Bike parking area by the billboard on the grass.

Overall, West Branch State Park is the 17th most popular horse trail of all 32 horseback rides in Ohio.
