Wolf Creek State Park Horseback Riding

The 12th most popular equestrian trail in Illinois.

Northwest of Windsor in Shelby County, the Wolf Creek State Park has a 15 mile winding trail open to horseback riding. The trail offers rolling terrain, dense woods and open meadows. Parking, toilets and picnic facilities are available at the site. The park is located 8 miles northwest of Windsor in Shelby County, on the eastern shore of Lake Shelbyville.

Note: horse rentals are available.
