Northeast of Stanley near Clayton in the Yankee Fork Ranger District, the Upper Harden Creek / Coal Creek Trail (#167) is a 10 mile horseback riding route.

To reach the horseback riding trailhead from Clayton, head west on SR75 for 24 miles. Turn right on Lower Harden Creek Road. Parking is just off the road.
