Near Cody in the Shoshone National Forest, the Elk Fork Trail is a 21 mile route open to horseback riding.

To reach the trailhead from Cody, WY, take US Rt. 14/16/20 west 27.1 miles to campground

sign. Turn left at sign into Elk Fork campground.
