West of Show Low in the White Mountains, the Ghost Of The Coyote Trail is a 16 mile route shared by hikers, bikers and equestrians. The route follows old logging road through pinon-juniper forests.

To reach the horseback riding trailhead from Show Low, head west on SR260 for 6 miles. Turn north on Burton Road for 1.1 miles to the trailhead parking area.
