East of Topeka and north of Lawrence in the Perry State Park, the Perry Lake Trail is a 30 mile horseback riding route through deep forest around the name sake lake. A 7 mile stretch is shared by hikers, bikers and equestrians.

Perry State Park is located in the southwest portion of Perry Reservoir, four miles north of Highway 237.

Overall, Perry Lake Trail is the 2nd most popular horse trail of all 4 horseback rides in Kansas.
