East of Marietta, the Kinderhook Horse Trail is a 16 mile horseback riding route open to hiking, mountain biking and equestrians. The trail winds through steep hills through forest and open fields. The route is blazed with gray diamonds.

To reach the trailhead from Marietta, head east on SR7 through Newport to CR244. Turn left on CR244 heading west and look for trailhead signs. If you reach CR25, you’ve gone too far.
