Northeast of Sula in the Bitterroot National Forest, the Jennings Campground provides access to 20 miles of horseback riding trails.

The traihead is located 10 miles NE of Sula on East Fork of Bitterroot River.

Overall, Jennings Campground is the 10th most popular horse trail of all 16 horseback rides in Montana. Several of the better horse trails are nearby Jennings Campground including Crazy Creek Horse Camp, Indian Trees Campground, Martin Creek Campground, Spring Gulch Campground, Warm Springs Campground and Easthouse National Recreation Trail.
