South of Orlando near Sebring, the 9,250 acre Highlands Hammock State Park has 11 miles of trails open to horseback riding including an 8 mile hardpack-shell loop road.

The Highlands Hammock State Park is located on SR634 (Hammock Road) just west of US27 near Sebring. Watch for bald eagles and panthers.
