Northeast of Boise and Idaho City in the Boise National Forest, the Black Warrior Trail is a 9 mile route open to horseback riding.

To reach the trailhead from Atlanta, head west on Middle Fork Road for 10 miles. Turn north on FS210 to the trailhead.

Overall, Black Warrior Bridle Trail is the 34th most popular horse trail of all 56 horseback rides in Idaho.
