Beaver Creek OHV Staging Area

The 2nd most popular off-highway vehicle trail in Alberta.

South of Calgary and north of Pincher Creek, the Beaver Creek OHV Staging Area provides access to 20km of OHV routes.

The Beaver Creek OHV Staging Area is located 40km north of Pincher Creek.

To reach Beaver Creek OHV Staging Area from Ft.Macleod or Cowley, head north across the reservoir and then turning east. Once you pass into the reserve keep driving until you hit the campground on your right, which is about 3km.

To reach the Beaver Creek OHV Staging from Nanton, head west on Highway 785 (Spring Point Road). Follow Highway 785 west until the road veers south. Continue north on an unsigned gravel road.

Note: there is limited and extremely primative camping near the trailhead and it is not recommended.

Overall, Beaver Creek OHV Staging Area is the 2nd most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 19 OHV routes in Alberta.
