Located west of Dahlonega in the Chattahoochee National Forest, the Amicalola Falls Trail (Anderson Creek OHV Area) is a 16 mile route can be formed by combining an old OHV trail (6 mi.) with forest service roads. There are steep and rocky sections.

The route starts from the Amicalola Falls State Park, located 15 miles northwest of Dawsonville on SR52, and head north from the lake to form a lollypop loop.

Note - This trail has been undergoing renovation. Make sure to call first to verify status.

Overall, Anderson Creek OHV Area is the 1st most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 5 OHV routes in Georgia.
