Trail #4 provides access to the Boise Ridge Road and beyond for those vehicles that are street-legal.

Trailhead Parking:

- 8th St. Parking Area provides access to the OHV trails and Hulls Gulch. (recommended).

- Upper Interpretive Trail parking is a small site 4 miles beyond the 8th St. Parking site.[rr]

- Upper OHV lot - A small area 4.75 miles beyond 8th St. lot accesses trail #4.

Overall, Upper 8th Street Trails is the 7th most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 12 OHV routes in Idaho.
