In Cheboygan County, the Bummers Roost ORV Trail is a 21 mile OHV route on the east shores of Black Lake.

To reach the trailhead from Cheboygan, take Hwy 23 east toward Rogers City. Take a right onto Town Hall Hwy. Go west for 7.5 mi to Black Mountain Road. Take a right on Black Mountain Rd and continue for 1.5 mi to the turn off for the parking area on the left.

Overall, Bummers Roost OHV Trail is the 7th most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 14 OHV routes in Michigan.
