Southeast of Colville and east of Chewelah in the Colville National Forest, the Middle Fork Of Calispell Creek Off-Road Vehicle Trail area is a 9.8 mile route open to OHV routes.

The easiest access is from Cusick heading south on SR20 to SR211. Turn west on Westside Calispell Road (CR 9205). Continue northwest and turn west on CR2022 to the trailhead parking area.

Overall, Middle Fork OHV Trail is the 10th most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 31 OHV routes in Washington.
