Southwest of Duluth and north of Willow River in Pine County, the General CC Andrews State Forest allows ORV/4WD use on all forest roads.

To reach the OHV trailhead from Willow River, use US35 Exit 205. Head north on CR61 for 2 miles. Turn right to parking area.

Overall, General Andrews State Forest is the 2nd most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 3 OHV routes in Minnesota.
