Southeast of Tucson and northwest of Sonoita, the Gardner Canyon area has 18 miles of OHV routes open to 4WD vehicles. There are numerous side roads to explore, including many difficult ones. Make sure to stay on numbered roads.

To reach the Gardner Canyon area from Tucson, head east on US10 to Exit #281. Head south on SR83 for about 21 miles. Turn right heading west on Gardner Canyon Road for about 6 miles to the signed trailhead.

Overall, Gardner Canyon OHV is the 14th most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 25 OHV routes in Arizona.
