Southeast of Salt Lake City and northeast of American Fork, the American Fork Canyon has routes open to 4x4 driving.

To reach the Tibble Fork OHV Staging Area from the intersection of I-80 and I-15 in Salt Lake City, go south on I-15 for 24 miles. Exit and go east on SR 92 for 12.6 miles. Go left on SR 44 and travel about 2.5 miles. Look for OHV parking near the Tibble Fork Reservoir.

Note: All OHVs are required to have a muffler and spark arrestor.

Overall, American Fork Canyon is the 3rd most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 30 OHV routes in Utah.
