Near Estacada in the Mount Hood National Forest, the High Rock Road is a scenic ridgeline OHV drive above the North Fork Clackamas River and the Roaring River. The High Rock Road runs along the southern border of the Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness Area.

Overall, High Rock Road is the 23rd most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 26 OHV routes in Oregon. Several of the better ohv/4wd trails are nearby High Rock Road including Badger Lake, Nohorn Butte, Frazier Turnaround and Flag Point Lookout.
