Southeast of Tacoma and east of Elbe, the Elbe Hills State Forest has 8 miles of OHV trails. This trail system is quite difficult and may damage your ride.

To reach the trailhead from Tacoma, head south on SR7 through LaGrande to Elbe. Continue east on SR706 for 6.3 miles to Stoner Road. Turn left to the trailhead parking area.

Overall, Elbe Hills State Forest is the 8th most popular OHV & 4wd jeep trail of all 31 OHV routes in Washington.
