Northeast of Lynnville and east of Spurgeon in Pike County, the Interlake Property ( aka Spurgeon Riding Area and Lynnville Riding Area) has 5,600 acres open to 4x4 OHV riding. This is an old coal mine area which is split by CR1200. The north side of CR1200 is owned by a coal company and the south side is managed by the state. The trails pass through forest and coal flats with mud and jumps.
To reach the trailhead from Louisville, head west on US64 to Exit 39. Turn north on SR61 through Lynnville. Continue for about 4 or 5 miles past Lynnville. About a half mile before the town of Spurgeon, turn right on CR1200 S (gravel road) heading east for 2.5 miles. Look for parking area at intersection with CR1200.

North entrance - County Road 1200 South (Pike County, south of Spurgeon)
West entrances – County Road 1300 South (Pike-Warrick county line)
