North of Jackson and Moose Junction in the Grand Teton National Park, the Jenny Lake Loop is a 6 to 10 mile round trip along an unplowed road. The route from the trailhead runs through meadows to the shore of Jenny Lake. This ungroomed route is popular and youll be following a manually groomed track. To reach the cross-country skiing trailhead from Jackson, head north on SR26 for 12 miles to Moose Junction. Turn left and continue for 3 miles to parking on left.
Overall, Jenny Lake Loop is the 2nd most popular cross country ski area of all 26 Nordic ski destinations in Wyoming.
