Togwotee Pass Cross Country Skiing

The 13th most popular XC Ski in Wyoming.

Located between Dubois and Moran in the Shoshone National Forest, the Togwotee Pass (10,000) area has several backcountry ski opportunities. From the pass parking area, one can ski southwest following the divide into timber on an unplowed road to Squaw Basin. Or ski southeast along the base of Two Ocean Mountain. Finally, one could cross the road and ski northwest at the base of Breccia Cliffs. The pass parking is on SR26/287. Also check out the Rosies Ridge area near Fourmile Picnic Area about 20 miles west of the pass.

Overall, Togwotee Pass is the 13th most popular cross country ski area of all 26 Nordic ski destinations in Wyoming.
