Devils Thumb Cross Country Skiing

The 4th most popular XC Ski in Colorado.

Near Fraser, the Devils Thumb ranch grooms 100 km of cross country skiing trails for classical and skate skiing running through pine forest and open meadows. The 13,000 feet peaks along the Continental Divide line the trails.

From Denver: West on I-70 to exit 232 HWY 40 west. Pass through Winter Park and Fraser. 3.5 miles past Fraser take a right on county road 83 and follow 3.5 miles to the ranch.

Overall, Devils Thumb is the 4th most popular cross country ski area of all 58 Nordic ski destinations in Colorado.
