Strathcona Wilderness Cross Country Skiing

The 31st most popular XC Ski in Alberta.

East of Edmonton and Sherwood Park, the Strathcona Wilderness ski area has seven groomed ski trails totaling 14km. The trails roll through aspen forests and along a lake.

To reach the cross-country skiing trailhead from Sherwood Park, head east on Baseline Road for 16km to Range Road 212.

Overall, Strathcona Wilderness is the 31st most popular cross country ski area of all 37 Nordic ski destinations in Alberta.
