Timberland Hills Cross Country Skiing

The 19th most popular XC Ski in Wisconsin.

Northwest of Cumberland, the 24km Timberland Hills trail system rolls over challenging terrain. The trails are machine groomed for classical and skate.

To reach the cross-country skiing trailhead from Cumberland, head north on US63 towards Spooner. Look for signs to trailhead on left. To reach the trailhead from the intersection of US 63 and CR H on the north side of Cumberland, go west-north on CR H for almost 10 miles to a right on Boyd Rd. Travel 1 mile to parking.

Overall, Timberland Hills is the 19th most popular cross country ski area of all 37 Nordic ski destinations in Wisconsin.
