North of Toronto near Alliston, Mansfield offers some of the finest cross country skiing in Southern Ontario. Our machine groomed and trackset trails wind their way through hundreds of acres of beautiful forest with many picturesque views of the Mulmur Hills. Our 40 km trail network provides a choice of 8 different trails graded from novice to expert. The routes wind through rolling forests of oak, maple and red pine. From mild to wild there is something for every level of skier.
To reach the Mansfield Outdoor Centre from junction of Highway 400/401 near Toronto: travel North on Highway 400 to Highway 89 exit. Turn left towards Alliston. Travel on Highway 89 through Alliston, turn right on Airport Road (County Road 18). Mansfield Outdoor Centre is located approximately 10 kilometers north of Highway 89 on Airport Road.
Overall, Mansfield Outdoor Centre is the 13th most popular cross country ski area of all 44 Nordic ski destinations in Ontario. Several of the better cross country ski trails are nearby Mansfield Outdoor Centre including Durham Forest, Northumberland County Forest, Pinery Provincial Park, Ganaraska Forest, Bruce Trail and Dundas Valley Conservation Area.
