Near Goshen and Litchfield in northwestern Connecticut, the White Memorial Conservation Center is a 4,000 acre preserve with over 35 miles of well-marked and maintained cross country ski trails. The trails are not too rocky and have many great views.

The entrance to The White Memorial Foundation and Conservation Center is located off Route 202 between Litchfield and Bantam, Connecticut, approximately 2 miles west of Litchfield on Whitehall Road.

Overall, White Memorial Conservation Center is the 6th most popular cross country ski area of all 7 Nordic ski destinations in Connecticut.
