Echo Ridge Nordic Area

North of Wenatchee and Chelan in the Lake Chelan area, the Echo Ridge Nordic Area has 16.5 miles of groomed cross country ski trails at elevations from 3,000 to 4,000.
The Echo Ridge Nordic Area is located 9.75 miles from Chelan. From Chelan take the Manson Highway (SR 150 East) 2 miles to Boyd Road. Take a right and follow the signs to Echo Valley Ski Area and Snowmobile Sno-Park. The county roads ends at Echo Valley. Proceed past the Valley Ski Hill and the Sno-Park lot and then take a sharp right. Caution: This corner is shared with snowmobilers as they head up Bergman Gulch, stay to the right.
One mile from here is the Zoom Parking Lot. Parking is just along the road. (The first part of Zoom is easy.) Or proceed up the road another mile to the Echo Ridge Parking Lot. This is the main complex of the Nordic Area.
Overall, Echo Ridge Nordic Area is the 11th most popular cross country ski area of all 16 Nordic ski destinations in Washington.
