Morice Mountain Nordic Ski Area

The 51st most popular cross country ski area in British Columbia.

East of Prince Rupert and south of Houston, the Morice Mountain Nordic Ski Area has 25km of groomed trails from classical and skate skiing maintained by the Morice Mountain Nordic Ski Club. Plus, there is 15km of backcountry ski trails and a cabin for overnight trips.

To reach the trailhead from Houston on Highway 16, head south on Buck Flats Road for 8km.

Overall, Morice Mountain Nordic Ski Area is the 51st most popular cross country ski area of all 56 Nordic ski destinations in British Columbia.
