South of Newark and north of Toms River in Monmouth County, the 3,000 acre Allaire State Park has 17 miles of cross-country skiing trails through flat and gently rolling terrain.

Allaire State Park can be reached from exit 98 off the Garden State Parkway or exit 31B off Interstate 195.

Overall, Allaire State Park is the 7th most popular cross country ski area of all 14 Nordic ski destinations in New Jersey.
