Mckeever Hills Cross Country Ski Trail

The 33rd most popular cross country ski area in Michigan.

On the Upper Peninsula south of Munising in the Hiawatha National Forest, the Mckeever Hills Cross Country Ski Trail is an 8km looping trail network though forest past lakes.

To reach the trailhead from SR 28 in Munising, head south on FS13 for 11 miles. Park at the small trailhead parking area on FS13 a couple miles south of Moccasin Lake Picnic Area.

Overall, Mckeever Hills Cross Country Ski Trail is the 33rd most popular cross country ski area of all 49 Nordic ski destinations in Michigan.
