Granite Gorge Nordic Center

The 22nd most popular cross country ski area in New Hampshire.

Northeast of Keene, the Granite Gorge nordic center has 12km of cross country ski trails. The trails are partially groomed for both skate and classical skiing. The trail system loops around Otter Brook Dam and also passes through the Otter Brook State Park. The main ski trail is sometimes referred to as River Run Trail. The trails are maintained by the U.S. Army Corp on Engineers.

To reach the cross country skiing at Granite Gorge from US91, use Exit #3 for Brattleboro/Keene. Follow SR9 east for 25 miles to the Granite Gorge Ski Area.

Overall, Granite Gorge Nordic Center is the 22nd most popular cross country ski area of all 26 Nordic ski destinations in New Hampshire.
