The 29th most popular cross country ski area in Vermont.

Northeast of Burlington near the town of Jay, the Jay Peak ski area has a nice cross country ski area over the nearby golf course. The small trail system also connects with the multi-use VAST trail system.

For apres ski, check out Belfry in Montgomory Center. For nightlife, try the Rustic Tavern in Lowell.

To reach Jay Peak from Burlington, go North on I-89 to Exit #19, St. Albans. Go Northeasterly on Route 104 to the Junction of Route 105. Continue on 105 East to East Berkshire, then take a right onto Route 118 South. Follow to Montgomery Center. Turn left onto Route 242 East, follow to entrance of Jay Peak.

Overall, Jay Peak Nordic is the 29th most popular cross country ski area of all 29 Nordic ski destinations in Vermont.
