Starting at General Grant Grove, the 5 mile blazed Panoramic Point Trail climbs (1000) on an old road through fir forest that is good for cross country skiing. At Panoramic Point, enjoy the mountain vista. Return via the same route. While in the area, check out the Cedar Springs Trail (4 mi.).

Overall, Panoramic Point Trail is the 22nd most popular cross country ski area of all 38 Nordic ski destinations in California.
