Nanamocomuck Ski Trails

The 9th most popular cross country ski area in New Hampshire.

West of Conway in the White Mountain National Forest, the Upper Nanamocomuck Ski Trail is a 9.6 mile is a challenging trek with a short steep section. The cross country ski trailhead parking is at Lily Pond about 18 miles west of Conway on Kancamagus Highway.

The Lower Nanamocomuck Ski Trail is a 7 mile ungroomed route through Rocky Gorge from Albany Covered Bridge on Kancamangus Highway to Bear Notch Road.

Lily Pond is located 18 miles west of Conway and has parking for about six cars on the north side of the Kancamagus Highway. The trail starts to the east of the pond at an elevation of 2070 feet.

Overall, Nanamocomuck Ski Trails is the 9th most popular cross country ski area of all 26 Nordic ski destinations in New Hampshire.
