Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area

The 15th most popular cross country ski area in New York.

Northeast of Albany near Petersburgh, Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area has 35 km of groomed forested trails along Poestenkill Creek offering mountain vistas. There are 20km of groomed skate skiing trails. In addition, there are 15km of ungroomed trails.

The Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area is located near the intersection of SR2 and SR22.

To reach the trailhead from Troy, follow Pawling Avenue (Route 66) east to Spring Avenue, follow to Poestenkill, Straight on Plank Road (County Route 40) for 6 miles, follow signs to Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area. The ski area is located at 1463 Plank Road in Petersburgh.

Overall, Pineridge Cross-Country Ski Area is the 15th most popular cross country ski area of all 61 Nordic ski destinations in New York.
