Between Bennington and Brattleboro in the Green Mountain National Forest - Southern, the Timber Creek Cross-Country Ski Area has 16 km of trails groomed for skate and classic skiing.

To reach the trailhead from Brattleboro, Vermont: Take Exit #2 off I-91 to Route 9 West 20 miles to traffic light in downtown Wilmington, Vermont.Take Route 100 North 7 1/2 miles, The Timber Creek Cross Country Ski Area is located on the right hand side across from the second entrance of Mount Snow.
