Fernie Cross Country Ski Trails

The 5th most popular cross country ski area in British Columbia.

Southwest of Calgary and east of Cranbrook, the townsite of Fernie is has several tracked and backcountry ski touring opportunities. The alpine ski resort has 15km of groomed trails.

To reach the trailhead from Fernie, head south on Highway 3 for 4km. Follow signs to ski area.

Overall, Fernie Cross Country Ski Trails is the 5th most popular cross country ski area of all 56 Nordic ski destinations in British Columbia.
