The 16th most popular snowmobile trail in Alberta.

Northwest of Edmonton and east of Rainbow Lake, the High Level trail system has 350km of intermittently groomed, partially signed snowmobile trails. The High Level snowmobiling trails run across flat prairie and boreal forests. This trail system also connects up with the trails from La Crete.

The trails and warm-up shelters are maintained by the Watt Mountain Wanderers.

Overall, High Level is the 16th most popular snowmobile trail of all 47 snowmobiling rides in Alberta. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby High Level including Edson, Fort McMurray, Fort Saskatchewan, Swan, Grande Prairie and Athabasca.
