Southeast of Fort Wayne and east of Hoagland, the 31 mile Heritage Snowmobile Trail was developed by the Hoagland Blizzard Blazers Snowmobile Club. This is generally a elongated north-south loop stretching from Maples in the north to Hoagland in the south.

The snowmobiling trailhead parking area for the Heritage Snowmobile Trail is located near the intersection of Monroeville Road and Honk Road.

Overall, Heritage Snowmobile Trail is the 3rd most popular snowmobile trail of all 5 snowmobiling rides in Indiana.
