Creede Snowmobiling

The 12th most popular snowmobile trail in Colorado.

Near Creede in Mineral County, there are 96 miles of groomed snowmobile trails at elevations ranging from 8,800 to 12,800 feet.

All snowmobiles operating on federal lands within Colorado are required to be registered with Colorado State Parks. This registration permit is available at most National Forest ranger offices and at some chamber of commerce offices. It is highly recommended to purchase the $3 annual Colorado Search And Rescue Card (CORSAR) prior to snowmobiling to help reimburse local search teams should they be needed.

Overall, Creede is the 12th most popular snowmobile trail of all 24 snowmobiling rides in Colorado.
