In the Baldwin/White Cloud Ranger District, the Newaygo Country Trail is a 45 mile groomed snowmobile trail that connects with the Honeymoon Trail.

To reach the southern snowmobiling trailhead from Newaygo, start at the intersection of Main Street and SR37. Head north on SR37 for 4.7 miles. Turn left into parking area.

Overall, Newaygo County is the 3rd most popular snowmobile trail of all 36 snowmobiling rides in Michigan.
