Best Dorset Snowmobiling

North of Toronto, the Dorset area has 200 km of groomed snowmobile trails covering the Muskoka and Haliburton Highland regions. It is located in southern Ontarios snowbelt about 40m minutes east of Bracebridge. The snowmobile trails extend from Muskoka in the west to Algonquin Park in the east. The trails are maintained by the Tall Pines Snowmobile Club.

Overall, Dorset is the 10th most popular snowmobile trail of all 37 snowmobiling rides in Ontario. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Dorset including Ganaraska Forest, Delhi and Sudbury.
