In Washington County, the Beddington area has 44 miles of snowmobile trails on old logging roads through scenic eastern Maine countryside.

For snowmobiling near Beddington and the rest of state, all riders, resident and non-resident alike, must register their snowmobiles in Maine to ride in Maine. Most of the registration money goes to the Snowmobile Trail Fund of the Department of Conservation. Registration information is available at (207) 287-2043.
