Ganaraska Forest Snowmobiling

Northeast of Toronto near Newcastle, the 11,000 acre Ganaraska Forest covers the Oak Ridges Morraine and has one of the most extensive snowmobile trail systems in southern Ontario.
To reach the snowmobiling parking at the Centre from Oshawa, follow Route 401 east to Route 35/115. Head north to Kirby and then east onto Durham Road for 10 km to Kendal. Look for the road to the Centre on the north side.
Overall, Ganaraska Forest is the 11th most popular snowmobile trail of all 37 snowmobiling rides in Ontario. Several of the better snowmobile trails are nearby Ganaraska Forest including Dorset, Delhi and Sudbury.
