Southeast of Alpine, the Wyoming Range area has 337 miles of snowmobile trails with 283 miles groomed. The snowmobile trails range from Alpine to Kemmerer. The town of Alpine allows sleds on streets and makes a great base for exploring the northern half of the trail system.

In the Grays River / Alpine area, there are 53 miles of groomed trails (93 miles overall).

A - Greys River Road Trail / Smith Fork Trail / McCoy Creek Trail - 35 miles

D - Bull Hollow Trail - 15 miles

DA - 3 miles

E - Blind Bull to Merna Trail - 22 miles

Note: the State of Wyoming requires residents and non-residents to display an annual Wyoming snowmobile registration decal. The annual fee revenues are used by the Snowmobile Trails Fund for trail grooming and maintenance. Decals may be purchased by calling (877) 996-7275.

Overall, Alpine is the 14th most popular snowmobile trail of all 16 snowmobiling rides in Wyoming.
